Field Merchandisers provide merchandising services and on-site customer support at customer locations to ensure that prescribed regular service programs and customer relationships are effectively maintained at or above customer expectations.


  • Merchandising and Customer Support. Travels to and among customer store locations as required according to service schedule, ensuring displays are set to plan-o-grams, assessing inventory levels, placing POP material and performing any ad-hoc requests.
  • Store Display Resets. Performs physical work necessary to tear down and/or assemble store displays when necessary, including racks and other prescribed display items according to the plan-o-grams. Maintain displays and products’ cleanness and tidiness. ensure correct number of fixtures /placements are located in the correct location within each store, if any fixture /placement is not located in the correct location, negotiate with store staff for immediate correction; if any fixture is not located in the store, negotiate with store staff and escalate accordingly
  • Conducts Store Surveys. Completes surveys as directed. Takes photos of displays
  • Complete required paperwork. Maintain and timely submit required records and receipts. Follow prescribed time reporting procedures and submits time worked accurately and promptly.
  • In store inventory control. Assist store staff by processing stock. Recognize and report any stock imbalances, location issues, or other issues to Merchandising Manager. Carry promotion materials and cards to stores for in store replenishment when needed.
  • Relationship management. Field Merchandisers required collaborating with store staff, district manager and internal stakeholders to resolve store issues optimize brand awareness and drive sales. Establishes and maintains effective professional relationships with store personnel, including regular contact with store manager. Educate store staff on basics of gift cards, ordering processes, maintaining fixtures /POGs, promotions, etc
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers 
  • Communicates verbal information in a clear, concise manner; invites contact and listens with respect; Understand customer needs & initiates service in a timely manner; exceeds service expectations at all times.
  • Willingness to use new technologies. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-Discipline, proven ability to work independently
  • 1 year working experience. Previous work experience related to merchandising or retail industry is an advantage
