  • Act as liaison between InComm Canada and centralized Accounts Payable, including tasks such as payables coding/approval review and payment follow up.
  • Review and submission of out of period transactions.
  • Analyze and reconcile vendor and partner balances
  • Monitor vendor, partner, and internal inquiries and investigate/resolve issues
  • Assist with special projects to support B2B business.
  • Assist with month end close, audit requests, and Oracle AP inquiries
  • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned


  • Degree in Accounting required
  • 1+ years’ relevant experience
  • Basic general ledger accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, etc.)
  • Experience with Oracle Financials a plus
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute
  • Must be detail oriented and strive for 100% accuracy
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment
