About This Opportunity

The Manager of Startegic Partnerships will be expected to closely manage the accounts day to day requirements and build strong multi layered relationships, both internally and externally whilst gaining complete understanding of the partners goals, objectives, internal processes and business ethics.

 

This role also involves iImplementing marketing, promotional and category plans for for products and will be responsible for delivering new product & partnership opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the relationships with each partner in the market and continually seek new opportunities to increase sales.
  • Launch new local and international products and programs ensuring a smooth and expedient implementation whilst maintaining expected service levels.
  • Creating and executing promotional activities and resolving partner issues and barriers.
  • Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment
  • Responsible for managing all aspects for a portfolio of product partners, acting as facilitator between the client and internal InComm support functions, including Marketing, Operations, Billing and Reporting
  • Remain educated and informed on all products and services in order to act in a consultative role for clients.
  • Assist with administrational duties such as preparation of company files and invoices for month end accounting procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews and strategic planning with key partners to ensure satisfaction levels are maintained and growth opportunities are identified and acted upon.
  • Work with standardised procedures for inventory ordering and reconciliation and merchandising activity
  • Interacting with Account and Operations Team to assist with forecasting and determine optimal inventory levels that will minimize out of stock situations
  • Assist management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.

 

NOTE: This is a fixed term, 12 month position

Qualifications

  • A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task is essential with a demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience dealing effectively in a calm and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome customer resistance
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and
  • Outlook)
  • Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills are required.
  • Previous experience working with retailers at a head office level will be looked upon favourably
  • University degree plus a minimum of five (5) years of work related experience
  • Fluent in Korean and English
