About This Opportunity

As a Print Production Coordinator you will work within a global organization to support Japanese product operations.  In this role you will manage multiple project logistics, interact with internal and external contacts, and have the opportunity to work on projects for many well-known global brands.   The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and be passionate for details.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on management of card production manufacturing for APAC - Japan.
  • Requires management of printers both within Japan and from the U.S. on behalf global brands.
  • Manage card printing milestones to include artwork files, data files, data/card testing, scheduling, and shipping logistics with chosen printers.
  • Interface with new suppliers, provide and educate new suppliers on InComm specifications, ensure new printers meet InComm specifications for card production.
  • Bid projects to qualified vendors and manage vendors to support quality assurance steps within card production process.
  • Maintain close contact with InComm International Account teams for project status.
  • Escalate issues to internal InComm Executives and Account Teams.
  • Communicate with Corporate based groups such as IT, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, warehouse and logistics to drive production milestones. Requires comfort level working with internal resources in other countries and time zones.
  • Comfort level working with outside clients in support of their custom printing needs.
  • Produce spreadsheets tracking Production Project statuses, Expenditures, run Print Management Reports.
  • Other Tasks and Responsibilities as Assigned.

  • 限定ベンダーとのプロジェクト遂行、カード製造における品質保証ステップのサポートおよびベンダー管理
  • インコムのインターナショナル・アカウントチームとの連携、プロジェクト状況把握
  • 問題発生時のインコムの役員、アカウントチームへのエスカレーション
  • 製造マイルストーンを推進するための社内の関係各部署との連携、海外の社内要員との業務の遂行
  • 顧客との業務遂行および顧客の印刷に対する要求のサポート
  • 製造のプロジェクトステータスおよび支出の進捗管理表、印刷管理レポートの作成
  • その他指示された業務

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent --- Required for all positions.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management of printing.
  • Preference production experience in one or more of the following areas: prepaid cards or gift cards.
  • Strong Knowledge of the printing process.
  • Proven project management experience in managing multiple, simultaneous, projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual English – Japanese.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office programs, specifically the ability to run reports via Excel.
