Operations Manager - CHINA (12 month contract)

  • Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting account management, operations and logistics. The role encompasses managing card inventory and forecasts for stock movements, handling replenishment orders, coordinate billing and reporting, assist the regional team in new products and accounts setup.
  • Interacting with Account and Product Teams to assist with forecasting and determine optimal inventory levels that will minimize out of stock situations
  • Operations Manager will work closely with various departments and business parties on daily operations and trade promotional execution.
  • Coordinate production of display units, artwork & marketing materials.
  • Assist with administrational duties such as preparation of company files and invoices for month end accounting procedures.
  • As part of job, Operations Manager will provide support for merchant enquiries; work on competitor analysis and research. Create product sales reports and sales presentation.
  • Remain educated and informed on all products and services in order to act in a consultative role for clients.
  • Assist management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.

 NOTE: This is a fixed term, 12 month contract



  • Experience in a retailer operations or sales support position
  • Experience working within supply chain management role preferred
  • Understanding of Digital Content, Computer Gaming, Retail and Payment Industry an advantage
  • Ability to create and analyse product sales reports
  • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve client issues
  • Must be driven to identify and meet customer needs and expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize workload throughout multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • University degree plus a minimum of 3 years of work related experience
  • Fluent English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking required
