About This Opportunity

The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and delivering execution of programs with retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts; meet with retailers on a regular basis to understand their business strategy, understand new opportunities, review results, develop advertising/marketing plans, achieve sales targets
  • Manage cyclical launches: inclusive of launching new products, conducting analysis, testing, developing an execution plan and delivering flawless execution
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotions plans
  • Analyze retailer’s POS data, sales data, merchandising data and internal information in order to make informed and strategic recommendations to account and to internal stakeholders
  • Manage inventory flow, perform inventory analysis and work with account and internal stakeholders to manage inventory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess opportunities and develop appropriate account plans
  • Develop business plans and proposals to support new opportunities
  • Implement best practices and work on continual improvements in all processes and documentation
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes, advise how these can be brought into the Company’s offerings/practices through sales and marketing strategies
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • University Degree
  • Retail Sales experience, InComm experience, Gas and Convenience Experience
