About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Regional Vice President, the role will be responsible overall management of the business and teams across the North Asia territory. The role will be collaborate with in country teams and leadership to define and implement strategies in line with our overall corporate strategy. The role will also be responsible for annual budgets and ongoing P&L management for the territory, providing close attention to cost control and profitability.


The role will have direct oversight on the management of key accounts and day to day business activities, building strong, high level relationships, both internally and externally whilst gaining complete understanding of the partner’s goals, business objectives and internal processes. The position requires frequent communication with the wider APAC team and InComm HQ in Atlanta, US. The role also will be required to visit their regional offices frequently with occasional travel to the US.


As a member of the Asia Pacific leadership team, the successful candidate will play an active role in defining and delivering key business and people strategies across the region.


  • Leadership and management responsibilities for a highly diverse team of 20+ people. Significant focus on career development, regional collaboration, employee engagement and general workplace satisfaction.
  • Budgeting and P&L ownership for Northern APAC region.
  • Assessing market trends in order to identify, develop and adapt ongoing business strategies.
  • Working with in country teams to develop and execute sales and account management plans.
  • Leading key business development initiatives for new and existing partners.
  • Commercial modeling for new opportunities, in collaboration with Corporate Finance.
  • Be the lead point of contact of business proposals and RFP responses.
  • Interaction with key internal functions including Finance, IT, Operations and Legal and external functions including outsourced Finance, Legal, Merchandisers and Logistics partners.
  • Raising InComm’s profile within the industry to include attending industry events and developing partnerships with payment technology companies



  • Experience leading and developing a team of high performing individuals.
  • An innovative, forward thinking and entrepreneurial mindset. Must be driven to identify future trends, customer needs and payment evolutions.
  • Proven ability to create, implement and evolve strategic plans.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload across multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge across various forms of payment to include; cards, contactless, tokenization, mobile, digital, crypto currency and ecommerce.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use metrics to support assumptions and clearly communicate insight to others.
  • Extensive category and key account management experience.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders of all levels of the organization.
  • 30-50% Travel Requirement.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Japanese, Korean or Chinese language is an advantage.


Location: To be based within managed territory (i.e. Hong Kong, Tapei, Shanghai, or Seoul) but preference will be Hong Kong)
