    About This Opportunity

    The role will involve working with strategic clients and focus on the world’s leading global Gaming and Financial Services brands as well as some of Hong Kong’s largest and best-known retail organizations.


    Close collaboration with our Account Managment team in Hong Kong will be required also with close collaboration with various local & US based support teams (IT, Legal, Finance, Merchandising etc.) to deliver against their objectives.




    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business and managing strategic merchant partnership & B2B Business. Based in regional HQ of an international company, predominately focused on the Hong Kong market.


    Responsible for both initial and ongoing client programmes to include product, new merchant and B2B client development, marketing, and category management duties.


    Ideation, planning & collaborates with marketing intelligence resource to read and report results of activities and to provide recommendations and forecasts. Maintain a consistent client revenue stream with a key focus on maintaining, retaining, and growing an assigned group of retail accounts, coordinate integration with integrator or retailers.


    • Experience in a point of key account management or sales position.
    • Contract negotiation & team management experience are required.
    • Experience working within FMCG companies or B2B sales role preferred
    • Understanding of prepaid or gift card trade channels and traditional FMCG retailers
    • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
    • Ability to create and analyze product sales reports
    • Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to prioritize workload throughout multiple accounts
    • Must be driven to identify and meet customer needs and expectations
    • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve client issues
    • Ability to project manage through planning and scheduling
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (WORD, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
    • Proven ability to work independently
    • Experience and understanding of Digital Content, Computer Gaming, Retail, Voucher and Payment Industry an advantage
    • 3 to 5 years of Business Development experience
