About This Opportunity

InComm has the largest prepaid retail network in Canada and is the leader in the open-loop prepaid financial services market, driving consistent double-digit growth with the Vanilla brand.  This role at InComm Canada contributes to the development of budgets and forecasts, and is accountable for achieving sales and revenue targets. Working with operations counterparts, the role ensures that existing products are adequately supplied to and merchandised within retail and business-to-business channels. In conjunction with global and market leadership, partners and industry counterparts, the role contributes to the development of product design and delivery strategies, then works in conjunction with the global FS team to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.

The ideal candidate will be a payments industry professional who understands the consumer goods industry and can employ best practices to assist in establishing and optimizing processes, programs and strategies. This role will work with the Sr. Director of Financial Services for Canada and Latin America to establish and understand strategy, then drive tactical execution with the goal of maximizing business results across all product offerings under the financial services umbrella.


  • In conjunction with channel account management, develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Work with channel account management, operations and finance in developing demand projections, inventory forecasts and production requirements
  • Interface with external partners such as financial institutions and payment networks to identify and act on mutually-beneficial business opportunities
  • Gather and draw implications from market intelligence on consumer and corporate needs, competitive products and macro factors (economic, regulatory, technological)
  • Work closely with channel account management and external partners to identify and action opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Analyze product portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Occasionally travel within North America (10-20%); valid passport required


  • 5 years minimum leading payment based product and/or program management activities
  • Undergraduate university degree
  • Solid understanding of the prepaid marketplace and relevant consumer and commercial products
  • Ability to lead across technical and business teams
  • Solid understanding of product and program management best practices and the ability to drive the best practices throughout a complex organization
  • Ability to communicate at all organizational levels, with a high degree of skill at simplifying complex information into concise messages and calls to action
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and partners
  • Experience in negotiating supplier and/or distribution agreements preferred
  • Skill in interpreting and understanding business implications of contracts
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Expertise in retail supply chain management a plus
  • Data analytics expertise and advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
