    The role will provide administrative support for InComm's Operations Product and Retail Management teams.  The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and critical attention to detail.  There are administrative components with this position which require solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and an interest in investigation and administrative tasks.  


    We are looking for candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment, who welcome multi-tasking of tasks and projects, who are lovers of efficiency but can work in with changing priorities.  One more thing; we need someone who can speak French. 


    This position offers the unique opportunity to gain experience in the world of fintech and supply chain.


    Provide administrative support for the following activities:

    • (15%) Process and action transaction issues through a variety of systems, this includes initiating the trouble ticket, follow up communication with a variety of internal groups and closing the issue with the customer.  Escalate unresolvable issues. 
    • (15%) Create, follow up and document internal and external incident reports as directed by Account Managers.  Follow all incidents to closure and escalate unresolvable issues.
    • (20%) Execute orders for PIN’s as required
    • (15%) Administrative maintenance support for a variety of tools, systems, databases and forms.  In general terms this would involve logging of changes, maintenance of forms and upkeep and organization of computer and physical files.  These tools and systems  include but are  not limited to:
      • Retailer order forms creation and maintenance
      • Store location database maintenance
      • UPC Spreadsheet maintenance
      • Trademark files and database
      • Product test card management
      • Contract file
    • (15%) Set up new products and / or partners from initialization initial request through IT set-up 
    • (10%)  Approve product ID labels to ensure compliance to warehousing standards.
    • (10%)  Other duties as assigned




    • 1+years on the job experience in an office environment with a similar scope of work.
    • Post secondary education is an asset


    Skills required

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Basic Math skills (+,-, x,/, %)
    • Excellent MS Office skills (Especially e-mail, Word and Excel)
    • Superior attention to detail, high level of accuracy
    • Excellent time management skills. Ability to function effectively in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to liaise and independently and follow up at a variety of levels including with peers, retail account managers, product account managers, functional managers and external customers.
    • Bilingual (French/English) is required
