    About This Opportunity

    InComm Japan is the largest distributor of pre-paid cards in Japan and our business is growing rapidly. Our products are sold in over 60,000 retailers and major electronics retailers. This role at InComm Japan will further expand this network. Leveraging this affiliate network, we’ve combined mobile payment systems an acquirer into these affiliates and expect rapid growth in this field.


    The ideal candidate will be a payments industry professional with at least 2 years’ experience who understands the payment industry as an acquirer (especially with mobile payment experience) and can work flexibly in coordinating with partners and affiliates to create solutions that expand our network.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with existing partners on upcoming promotions or new services.
    • Prepare presentations for affiliates and merchants as well as for internal use.
    • Arrange and lead meetings with multiple stakeholders.
    • Interface with external partners such as financial institutions and payment networks to identify and act on mutually-beneficial business opportunities.
    • Review and analyze contracts and prepare summaries of the relevant points.

    Qualifications

     

    • 2 years minimum in a payment based product and/or program management activities.
    • Undergraduate university degree.
    • Experience in preparing presentations for affiliates or partners.
    • Ability to communicate at all organizational levels, with a high degree of skill at simplifying complex information into concise messages and calls to action.
    • Ability to interact effectively with customers and partners.
    • Skill in interpreting and understanding business implications of contracts.
    • Daily level of English required.
    • Chinese speaking/reading strongly preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Business level Japanese required.
