    About This Opportunity

    Reporting to the Senior Director, International Marketing Communications (dotted line to EMEA Head of Product), the Marketing Associate intern will be required to build strong relationships across the business and be responsible for providing ongoing support to the EMEA product team as it relates to marketing activities and projects. The Marketing Associate intern will also have exposure to International Marketing projects as they relate to the EMEA business.


    The Marketing Associate Intern will be expected to closely work with the EMEA account and product teams on a day to day basis and build strong multi layered relationships. Dependent on the project, this may also be required at an International level. The Marketing Associate will need to quickly grasp the requirements and needs of the business and create marketing plans to support the delivery of partner goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities

    Help support with the implementation of marketing, promotional and category plans for the accounts to ensure delivery against product, category, marketing and revenue targets is paramount. All category promotions to be analyzed presenting findings of uplift and any cannibalization of sales bi-monthly at the leadership meeting.
    Manage the internal marketing assets database and catalogue.

    • Support the Senior Director, International Marketing Communications in the delivery of overarching initiatives for InComm International as they relate to the EMEA region
    • Support EMEA team with partner marketing activities and identify new opportunities
    • Work with Business Analyst intern to ensure all EMEA partner marketing activities are analysed
    • Manage day to day agency relationship to maximise Gift Card Fever
    • Plan and manage all regional PR and appropriate Press Releases across all EMEA territories
    • Play an integral role in the planning and execution of InComm Europe’s annual partner event - European Strategy Alliance
    • Support with relevant Industry Award submissions to promote and ensure InComm is seen as the leading provider within the Prepaid market
    • Work in conjunction with EMEA product account managers to produce a regional marketing plans for key product partners
    • Maintain and develop internal assets such as company presentations, artwork and trade facing collateral. Liaise directly with regional colleagues to support where required in all company collateral for Internal and External use. 

     

    Qualifications

    • Majoring in marketing and / or communications; working towards a business/commercial degree
    • Flexible attitude 
    • Proactive and creative thinker
    • Great interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
    • Presentation skills
    • Customer facing skillset
    • High level of competency in MS Office products including Excel and PPT
    • The ability to work in a full time capacity for the term of the internship
