    About This Opportunity

    Reports To:                         Senior Account Manager – Financial Services


    The Account Executive is responsible for supporting existing clients whose key relationship with InComm is through our financial products and programs. The position is a combination of account and operations support in a client facing role.


    • Primary contact to tend to assigned client issues and requests.
    • Schedules, manages and participates in regular client meetings (in person and remotely).
    • Establishes performance metrics and tracks clients’ financial performance against plan.
    • Actively collaborates with client personnel to identify performance issues (product/platform, financial, regulatory or other) and actively manages outcomes to resolve obstacles and improve performance.
    • Manages a business planning process with clients, including identification of new growth opportunities and identifies key roles and responsibilities emerging from that process.
    • Identifies and leverages new points of competitive differentiation to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Ensures clients’ overall objectives and requirement are being met.
    • Communicates change or enhancement requirements internally and externally.
    • Support Project Managers as required with the implementation of products or programs as required.
    • Makes program recommendations and contributes to the evolution of our product portfolio and assists with the implementation of such recommendations.
    • Provides assistance to business development or field staff in the form of subject matter expertise on products, platform capabilities, best practices for related products or programs, or writing of concept documents.
    • Transforms the strategic vision of the client into a realistic project to meet their expectations:
      • Supports project definition and planning, initiation and provides ongoing support,
      • Monitor deliverables for both existing and new initiatives.
    • Program and product support:
      • Assists clients in the design, development and approval process for product materials,
      • Problem resolution,
      • Help develop presentations for product performance or design,
      • Fill out internal documentation, external forms as required.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned


    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of InComm and within the client’s organization.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in a related field.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in an Account Management role supporting large clients, preferably as a retail vendor.
    • Experience managing sales, forecasting, and order management in a fast based environment.
    • Ability to manage both internal and external resources in order to meet client launches and replenishment dates.
    • Computer skills at the intermediate to advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
    • Analytical skills and ability to use initiative to accomplish objectives.
    • Payment network aptitude a strong asset.
