    About This Opportunity

    While reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Coordinator work closely with the account management teams to execute design projects for products and retail displays throughout APAC.  

     

    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have an interest in the operational and administrative elements tied to design, marketing, and project management.   We are looking for those who

    • possess the ability to create while following specific brand guidelines,
    • have a strong eye for detail and excellent proofing skills,
    • have a digital portfolio of their design work, 
    • are highly organized and can manage multiple projects with ease, and 
    • who are bilingual (English/Chinese).

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Hong Kong Account Management team to assist with the design, creation and completion of marketing collateral for both in store and online execution. 
    • Work closely with external retail and brand partners with adherence to brand guidelines
    • Work closely with International Marketing team, acting as the local conduit to execute on APAC wide initiatives.
    • Multimedia design focused on in store POP, print, promotions and online
    • PPT design support for Regional Leadership 
    • Interpret and develop design concepts, in line with Corporate brand guidelines, for international initiatives; internal and external communications including events and corporate initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
    • Be creative, responsible and independent
    • 2 years design and multimedia experience
    • Highly experienced and proficient with PowerPoint, Adobe CC, specifically InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 
    • A digital portfolio is required for consideration
