    Responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks. install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the operating environment, working with the local business and global team to implement the solution and support it.

    • The Infrastructure/solution engineer analyzes requirements and work with global team to ensure that systems offer adequate security, ensure optimal efficiency. 
    • Analyze business requirements to identify need for integration and connectivity solutions.
    • Recommend alternative technologies and Improvements: recommend alternative technologies or improvements to enhance systems
    • Plan for Integration: create detailed plans for the integration of systems architecture into existing infrastructure including logistical plans
    • Responsible for working with business stakeholders and engineering teams to rapid delivery of solutions to meet market and customer needs within the current environment, and alignment and progress toward the strategic technology vision.
    • Responsible for monitoring the infra/platform
    • Responsible for daily operation, troubleshooting and project implementation with project manager together
    • Responsible for handling daily business requirement and communication to both external and internal user for any high-risk system changes.

    Knowledge / Experience:

    • IT experience including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients
    • Working with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer level professionals from global
    • Experience with virtualization, cloud technologies, software defined infrastructure, open source frameworks and security
    • Experience with Dell EMC Vblock/VxBlock is a strong plus
    • Experience with DNS, vlans, network segmentation
    • Broad technical experience across different hardware platforms, operating systems, programming languages
    • Familiar with ITIL process, understand change management, incident management, problem management
    • Familiar with Splunk and other monitoring tool
    • Domain experience in financial services, especially payments, a strong plus



    • The ideal candidate will be good at solving problems and thinking creatively
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
    • 3+ years of experience in managing/operating the infrastructure (network, server and storage)
    • 2+ years of experience in software development, software delivery
    • Ability to be strategic, self-directed, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
    • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written – and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn and assess new technologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities and to interface with external / internal resources
    • Project management experience, a plus
    • Experience managing complex infrastructure solutions
    • Knowledge of client-server networking and database management
    • Business level Japanese and English language skills
