    About This Opportunity

    The Marketing Specialist will work closely with Product and Account Managers to support merchant and product partner projects.


    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have an interest in the operational and administrative elements tied the support of our products, marketing, and project management.  The ideal candidate will also 

    • have experience with retail or consumer marketing
    • have a penchant or inclinación for technology,
    • possess excellent problem solving skills,
    • an interest in public speaking,
    • have excellent planning and time management skills, and 
    • have bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English)

    • Provide communication and collateral materials to support product rollouts to retail partners and to manage recurring program and promotional activities.
    • Execute strategy for promoting and managing all products and marketing information pertaining to assigned product lines in retail locations.
    • Work with Marketing/Sales/Product Manager to ensure proper messaging is communicated via presentation and promotion materials; collaborate on developing and deploying pitch ideas
    • Drive market research efforts including but not limited to consumer purchasing behavior and channel feedback.
    • Give proposals of POP material for the POS and new fixtures for the product alongside the sales team and marketing agencies.
    • Coordinate the production of fixtures with providers
    • Manage pro-active and consistent communication pertaining to product lines.
    • Assist with marketing program coordination
    • Assist with customer support to final clients
    • Assist with Tradeshow coordination
    • Assist department with invoicing and other day to day tasks
    • Assist with intranet and .com site updates
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned



    • 2+ years of experience
    • Business administration degree, Sales, Marketing experience, basic IT knowledge is preferable.
    • Marketing experience in retail and/or consumer package goods.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others.
    • Proven experience of working with external marketing agencies.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
    • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
    • Basic experience with web and graphic design, with the ability to optimize landing pages.
    • Proven ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Basic proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop or similar editing tools
    • People skills and customer care
    • Experience in identifying market trends and driving innovation decisions.
